The Mitre, worn by the High Priest, bore a golden inscription: "Holiness to the LORD" – a call to reflect God's own Holiness. The rising Incense from the Golden Censer symbolizes our prayers reaching God. The Wine and Bread represent the Body and Blood of Jesus, through whom burdens are lifted and healing flows.
