The Mitre is another piece of clothing that the Priest wore when they went into the Holy Place to minister. This plate was inscribed with the words “Holiness to the Lord” and it was to be worn upon Arron’s forehead every time he went into the Tabernacle to the Holy Place to the Holy of Holies.
